Warranty Policy
STARMARK is committed to providing the highest quality products that meet international standards. Our products are made with carefully selected materials that are processed using the most advanced technology that ensures maximum functionality best suitable for our customers’ living space. Our warranty covers defective materials and any manufacturing defects supplied by Starmark Manufacturing Co.,Ltd under the terms found in this warranty card.

General warranty terms
1. Products and accessories under the Starmark brand are warranted against defects resulting from manufacturing quality only.
2. In the event of damage where the Company cannot provide the exact material or part for repair or replacement within the repair period, the Company reserves the right to provide substitute materials of equivalent quality and standard.
3. If the Company determines that your product is covered under the warranty, the Company reserves the right to decide whether to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. In case the warranty certificate is lost, a purchase order or receipt can be presented to verify warranty rights.
5. The Company will charge a service fee for product inspections if the warranty period has expired.

Exceptions to Product Warranty
1. Damage caused by accidents, improper use, or unauthorized adjustments or modifications.
2. Damage caused by wall moisture, liquid spills on products such as floor cleaning, pouring water on furniture, or water leaks from pipes.
3. Damage caused by the installation of faucets and electrical appliances, odors from pipe usage, or electrical wiring.
4. General wear and tear from age, sagging from weight bearing, tearing, corrosion, rust, or stains.
5. Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes, gas leaks, pests, insects, termite infestation, or direct exposure to sunlight.
6. Non-warranted items include basket and rack accessories, hanging rails, all types of light bulbs, plugs, and various peripheral devices.
7. Non-warranted countertops include natural stone, quartz, compressed marble, and laminate.
8. After formal inspection and handover of loose furniture and glasswork, such as glass walls, glass doors, and bathroom mirror sets.
9. The warranty terminates immediately if there is any modification, relocation, installation, or repair by anyone other than employees of Starmark Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
10. The Company reserves the right not to warrant glass damage occurring after delivery due
to the following cases:
- Glass breakage, cracks, chips, or damage from post-delivery usage.
- Scratches, stains, or surface damage occurring after installation.
- Damage from impact, accidents, or misuse.
- Damage caused by external factors, environmental conditions, or post-delivery usage.
- Changes in the glass surface or coating, such as clouding or oxidation (mercury spots), which may occur according to material properties and environmental conditions and are not considered manufacturing defects.

1. 2-year warranty for cabinet structures, cabinet doors, wooden shelves, drawer fronts, hinges, and handles. 2. 2-year warranty for Tandembox and Metabox drawer runners.
3. Non-warranted items include basket and rack accessories, hanging rails, all types of light bulbs, plugs, and various peripheral devices.
Products in the category of ready-made kitchen sets
1. 1-year warranty for cabinet structures, drawer runners, hinges, and handles.
2. Non-warranted items include basket and rack accessories, hanging rails, all types of light bulbs, plugs, and various peripheral devices.
Product category Kitchen cabinet doors (for cement kitchens)
1. 7-day warranty period from the date of receipt, covering only manufacturing defects. The Company reserves the right to void the warranty if damage is found to be caused by factors beyond the warranty terms unrelated to the manufacturing process or component defects, including: damage from careless or improper use, modified products, installation/assembly, improper cleaning, material wear and tear from age, mold, termite or wood-boring insect infestation, natural disasters, products sold "as-is," display items, and Clearance Sales.
2. Please present the original receipt or warranty certificate to claim your rights. If the Company determines that your product is covered under the warranty, the Company reserves the right to decide whether to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Furniture Care Instructions
Maintenance for Cabinets and Door Finishes
1. Use a damp cloth to wipe the cabinet interior, then wipe with a dry cloth. Leave the doors open for approximately 10 minutes for ventilation.
2. When storing containers or utensils in cabinets, ensure they are completely dry before storage.
3. Cleaning door finishes:
- High Gloss Paint: Use a damp cloth or car wash shampoo for cleaning, and polish with car wax products.
- PVC / HPL Coating: Use a cloth dampened with mild soapy water to wipe clean, then wipe again with a dry cloth.
4. Do not place excessively heavy objects on the furniture.
Countertop Care
1. Use a cloth to wipe the water stains. Or use an all-purpose kitchen cleaner.
2. Add shine to the counter top with wax.
3. Always use container pads.

3-Year Warranty: Structural strength and weight-bearing capacity of steel and wooden leg frames, drawer runners, hinges, privacy screens, slots, and grommets.
1-Year Warranty: Locks, standard sockets, and tabletop or cabinet door sagging/peeling.
2. Office Chairs / Multi-purpose Chairs
3-Year Warranty: Headrests, backrests, armrests, seats, adjustment mechanisms, gas lifts, chair bases, and casters.
1-Year Warranty: Foam compression, self-peeling or tearing of fabric/leather, and peeling of metal part surfaces.
3. Leisure Chairs
1-Year Warranty: Chair structures, seat frames, wheels, legs, and armrests.
1-Year Warranty: Foam compression, upholstery materials, and accessories.
4. Training Tables
3-Year Warranty: Structures, wheels, PU, and aluminum.
1-Year Warranty: Steel, stainless steel, PP, and wood.
5. Coffee Tables
3-Year Warranty: PU and aluminum.
1-Year Warranty: Laminate, metal, plywood, locks, tabletops, structural strength, weight-bearing capacity, and sagging/peeling.
6. Height-Adjustable Tables
3-Year Warranty: Structures, electric motor systems, and wheels.
7. Sofas / Recliners
5-Year Warranty: Sofa frames, legs, electrical systems, sagging/peeling, and folding functions.
1-Year Warranty: Foam compression and upholstery tearing/peeling.
8. Lockers
3-Year Warranty: Structural strength and weight-bearing capacity.
All Lifetime Support
In the event that the warranty period has expired or the issue is outside the scope of the warranty, we are pleased to provide maintenance throughout the lifetime of your Starmark Group Co., Ltd. furniture. Service fees will be charged based on actual costs.
